How to access our services

All our services are open access and offer a mix of Queue and Wait clinics, and Appointment only. for more information on clinic times please see our Opening Times page.

Children in clinic

Due to the nature of the service it is not appropriate for children to be in the consulting room with their carers, if possible please ensure that someone is available to look after young children if you have to bring them to the clinic. Unfortunately we do not have staff available to look after children.

Confidentiality

Your information is kept entirely confidential. There may be times when we may need to share information with other professionals ,but this will be discussed with you first. 

Standard waiting times

Please allow 1 hour for a new booked appointment and 2 hours for a queue and wait clinic.
